How to cancel a service

We understand that you may need to cancel your service due to various reasons, and we have made the cancellation process simple and user-friendly. To cancel your service, please follow the steps outlined below.

Prerequisites: Before proceeding with the cancellation, ensure that you have the following:

  1. An active Enviromc account.
  2. Access to the billing dashboard on

Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel an Enviromc Service:

Step 1: Log in to your Enviromc account Visit and log in using your account credentials (email and password). If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions to reset it.

Step 2: Access the billing dashboard Once you are logged in, navigate to the billing dashboard. You can find this by clicking on the "Billing" tab on the main menu.

Step 3: Locate the service you want to cancel On the billing dashboard, you will see a list of all your active services. Locate the service you wish to cancel and click on it to view its details.

Step 4: Request cancellation On the service details page, scroll down to find the "Request Cancellation" button. Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.

Step 5: Provide a reason for cancellation (optional) You will be prompted to provide a reason for canceling the service. While this is not mandatory, we appreciate any feedback that can help us improve our services. Once you have entered your reason, click on the "Submit Cancellation Request" button.

Step 6: Confirm your cancellation request After submitting the cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email to confirm your cancellation.
